Everything was born from a wonderful idea: I, Filippo Bertagnolio, a successful entrepreneur born and living in Rome, Italy for 46 years and living and working in Cluj Napoca, Romania for 6 years, I started thinking in 2021 to how the real Italian cuisine could be spread in Romania and in other European countries starting from Cluj Napoca. in 2022 I was contacted by a dear friend of mine from childhood CHEF Antonio Subrizi who has forty years of experience as a CHEF and owner of some restaurants in Italy and I started talking to him about this idea, I invited him to take a trip to Cluj Napoca. To talk about the project face to face and to hear if in his opinion, according to his vast knowledge of the restaurant sector, it would be possible to spread real Italian cuisine starting from Cluj Napoca: well, CHEF ANTONIO said that the city has a potential enormous.
And thus the MASTROIMPASTA brand registered in 27 countries of the European community… in October 2023 the first pizzeria will open in the most prestigious street in Cluj Napoca: 3 Regele Ferdinand street and we will open many more to follow. ..
